1. Introduction

Our VIANAU online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and orders can be placed through our website.

At the moment we only deliver in Malaysia.
Upon order confirmation, we will have your order processed on the next business day. All the products will be delivered to your doorsteps by our local courier partner. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the weight/dimension of the parcel.

Free shipping only for the products mentioned on our website.

3. Tracking your order

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you are still unable to track it or receive you parcel, email us at info@localhost with your order number and we will be happy to assist you!

4. Cancelling or amending order after confirmation

If there is any error with your shipping address or contact details, please contact us at info@localhost immediately after an order is placed to ensure that we have sufficient time to amend the order prior to preparation and delivery.

5. Refunds

For food safety requirements, all consumable items purchased through Vianau are non-refundable but exchangeable. You may only request for an exchange if, for any reason, your order/ purchase items are acknowledged to be damaged, incorrectly delivered, or faulty. We will be happy to exchange the product for you. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery.

All exchange is subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging, new and unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return must be made at least within 7 days after you have received your product.

Please reach out to us at info@localhost with the subject “Exchange Item” so that we can be informed why you are returning it for an exchange. To complete your request, we will kindly require a receipt of proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item(s) purchased and its damage or fault.
